The new walls are very nice, and they set a realistic mood, as does the new tilesets for the forts. Looks good, and nice change. Defending as an AA on the new walls was the most excitement I have had playing this game in quite awhile. I'd imagine if it was a character I had grinded through all the way to level 40, it would have been that much more enthralling. The new tileset for the outside of the temples was nice too. Defending there was fun as well. Assualting was a bit daunting at first. But, the advent of ladders is something that the meleers will surely love, as it gives them something to do during an assault. Rather than just gate bashing and waiting for the calv to come out like on Moths. The ladders definately add another dynamic to the game that makes both assaulting and defending a whole lot more interesting, and realistic. Defenders must watch the people on the ground, and be constantly checking that they have not mounted a ladder, and if they have bash it, or the unfortunate soul upon it. Repedative gameplay gets boring, with the advent of the ladders, the traditional, attack archer 1, then 2, then 3, then 4, then attack gate etc, gets eliminated. Each time an assault happens, it may now occur in a variety of different ways, which help keep the game fresh and interesting.
I hope this feedback helps, and encourages the developers of this promising module.
