Protection domain power

Just reminded something that happened during the Testing session...
Needed to abandon the battlefield, so used "sanctuary"...Enemy mage failed the dc, but he was crazy enough to cast mord on the ground which got rid of my precious sanctuary power -.-

Was it supposed to happen or was it bug? Just wanna know so next time I won't be surprised.

Oh, and True seeing spell cast by cleric with Knowledge domain is "True" or normal, just on different spell level?

Protection domain sanctuary is put higher up on the breach list.

The true seeing spell will be the same as anyone else that casts it (in that it'll grant see invisibility and +listen / spot),
