This is an offensive ability.
It affects a large spherical area.
Spell Resistance is not used.
Curse Immunity negates any effects.

The DC is a fortitude save equal to: 22 + Blackguard Levels

If any target fails their save, they are subject to the following penaltys:

-3 Strength
-3 Dexterity
-3 Constitution

These penaltys last for 1 round / Blackguard level unless otherwise restored in some way.
