CHA and INT book

So why cha and int buffs aren't the part of Dawn of Time book? Or why there aren't books with just those 2buffs?
....I gotta keep buying int potions like idiot....

There's both greater Charisma and Intelligence buff books.

I see what you mean. 'Normal' buffs arent uses / day, which I guess is annoying. I could add something in the loot to that effect after alil' dev discussion, shouldnt be a problem.

I also noticed this, since there is Dawn of Time for the 3 physical stats but no such book for the mental ones. Could be neat.

Worth noting though is that player-crafted wands and potions of those ability-boosting spells are cast as level 15 like Dawn of Time.
