crafting

Isn't it possible to craft the appearance of clothing and helmets? Only option I got was robes and there wasn't any tailor dolls I could see to craft on either. Walking around in ugly default clothing isn't exactly tempting me to play.

Equipment you get "for free" upon login can't be customized.
Gotta buy new clothes!(new helmet too)

...gah, oh well

This annoys me a lot, too. Unfortunately, making the starter clothes craftable isn't really an option, but I suspect that the starter merchants will offer clothes that cost substantially less than ~4500 gold (or whatever the going rate is for the cheapest attire these days) soon.
